Bend Ice FSC Annual Club Membership

Purchase this item to become a member of the Bend Ice FSC and renew your membership with either US Figure Skating or Learn to Skate USA.  Annual membership spans July 1 – June 30 and is required before enrolling in the club’s program offerings (e.g., USFS Gold, Development Academy).  Membership must be renewed annually to be a member in good standing with the Bend Ice FCS and the associated National Governing Body.

By purchasing this item, you acknowledge that you have a) read and agree to the newly adopted Bend Ice FSC Member Code of Conduct, and if a Coach, the newly adopted Bend Ice FSC Coaches Code of Ethics, Standard, and Conduct and b) that you agree to return a signed copy to the club before skating or participating in any club activities.
